Email support@ferdi.app for help or to report a safety issue. Include your account ID from Settings if possible. Never send your recovery key.

Add your widget

Touch and hold your Home Screen, tap Edit → Add Widget, search Widget Love, choose a size and add it. Touch and hold the widget to select your shared space or a personal widget. iOS decides when widgets refresh; opening Widget Love refreshes your content.

Connect

In Us, create an invite and share it with your person. They can open the link or enter its 10-character code. Codes expire after 24 hours and work once. Both people need an iPhone with iOS 17.6 or later.

Purchases

Use Settings → Restore Purchases. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account. Deleting Widget Love does not cancel subscriptions.

Recover or delete

Use your recovery key on the welcome screen to move your shared account to another device. Use Settings → Delete account to erase your shared data. Disconnecting or blocking deletes the shared space for both people. Safety reports are hidden immediately and reviewed by the developer; contact support for urgent concerns.
